About

TANNER THORSON is the pilot of the TRI-C MACHINE No. 3C sprint car and midget, as well as part-time driver of the Young's Motorsports No. 20 in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. The 22-year-old Minden, Nevada native shows a strong passion for being behind the wheel of, well, just about anything.

Thorson began racing outlaw karts at age four and after earning various championships by age 15, proved he was more than ready to advance through the ranks. From 2013 to 2017, Thorson competed under the Keith Kunz Motorsports banner where he scored over 25 national midget victories. Throughout that time, Thorson earned various honors such as 2013 National Midget Rookie of the Year, 2015, 2016 and 2017 National Midget Driver of the Year, the 2016 Top Gun award, and the 2016 USAC National Midget Championship title. Thorson also has select starts with various pavement stock car series such as the ARCA Racing Series, CARS Tour, Pro All Stars Series and the NASCAR K&N Pro Series.

The 2018 season sees Thorson racing a mixed dirt and pavement schedule, which can be found here. To stay updated on all things Tanner Thorson, check out 'Tanner Thorson Racing' on Facebook and Twitter.
